• Admin panel session (cookie, ou_session): set only when the organisation’s staff sign in to the admin panel; it keeps them signed in and expires after 12 hours. It is not set for site visitors.

3. What we do not use

The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

4. Third-party content

External content such as videos and the map loads only when you open it. Videos are shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Such content is subject to the policies of the services concerned.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If the theme choice is removed, the site follows your device setting again.
